How do I create an account?

To access our B2B portal and request a quote, please fill in your details on our website. Your request will be reviewed within 24 hours.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value at Furn-it is €400 excluding VAT.

Shipping & Delivery

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the volume of the order. These costs are calculated afterwards and stated during the ordering process.

Will I receive a track & trace code?

When delivered by our external carrier you will receive a track & trace code on the day of delivery. For deliveries with our own transport you will be called in advance without a track & trace code.

Payment

What are the available payment options?

We offer post-payment on invoice. New customers must pay for the first order in advance.

Products

Can I also contact you for projects?

Yes, we offer support for a wide range of projects within leisure and short-stay and complex renovations. Our wide range and customization options contribute to the success of your project.

Do you do all kinds of projects?

We specialize in projects for housing migrant workers, leisure, short-stay and more. For projects outside these categories, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.

Do you also come on location to provide advice?

Yes, we would be happy to visit your location to determine the best furnishing solutions together and to provide efficient support.

Moving in & Assembly

Is moving in and installation possible?

Yes, we offer in-house service. Please state your need for this service in the comments field during the ordering process. We will then contact you to discuss the details.
